Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gurbet eSIM, owner Muhammed Akbas, Bremsberg 12, 59229 Ahlen, Germany, email: info@gurbetesim.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.gurbetesim.com/en/widerrufen.html. The “Withdraw from contract” function is also linked in the footer of our website pages:

If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

You can also declare your withdrawal in our “Gurbet eSIM” app via the “Withdraw from contract” function (home, profile or orders). We will confirm receipt without delay on a durable medium (email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Digital content and services

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire only where statutory requirements are met, including express prior consent to begin early, acknowledgement of the possible loss and the required contract confirmation. For services, the right generally expires only after full performance and under the statutory conditions. Statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
